“What If I Want To Unsubscribe?”
There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email you receive from us.
Click on that link and you will see an unsubscribe page with two columns marked “Subscribed” and “Unsubscribed”.
Click on the button in the “Unsubscribed” column. You will be unsubscribed immediately.
“What information do you collect?”
We collect the information you submit when you subscribe to receive our marketing materials, including:
- Your Name
- Email address
- Phone Number
- Personal details that you checked the box to include, such as if you are an LMT

“What do you do with my information?”
We use your information to determine what type of emails you would be interested in receiving from us, and to see which of our marketing efforts are working well or not. The Soma Institute will never share or sell your information with third parties outside of the Soma Institute staff.
